Resale Certificate Requests:
To request a resale certificate, please visit the Legacy Southwest Property Management website:

The normal turnaround time for receiving a resale certificate is 10 business days from the time of request.

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Important: When emailing or leaving a voicemail, please include your community name and property address in the subject line. If calling, kindly provide your community name, property address, phone number, and reason for your call.
The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to an amenity, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
