Greetings Homeowner(s)
In preparation for the 4th of July holiday, the HOA wants to remind homeowners that any fireworks that are used within the community were not permitted nor approved by the Board of Directors. Many cities do not allow fireworks within city limits and can fine for the usage.
Also, the loud noise can be disturbing to your neighbors. Kids have early bedtimes and can be frightened by the noise, animals can also panic and hurt themselves. We also want to be considerate of our veterans who suffer with the noise. Many counties are also in a burn ban and your neighbors worry about their houses and yards catching fire.
The HOA will not be responsible for the cleanup of the debris, and the homeowners who discharged the fireworks will be responsible for removing any leftover debris from the community and/or street.
If you witness fireworks being discharged within the community, please call your city police department or sheriff’s office.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Have a fun and safe holiday!
