It has been brought to the HOA’s attention that residents have been tampering with the irrigation system. The irrigation system belongs to and is maintained by the HOA. It has been brought to the HOA’s attention that residents have been tampering with the irrigation system. The irrigation system belongs to and is maintained by the HOA. Please be advised that unless you are a part of the landscape maintenance team or the construction team, you should not be touching any irrigation equipment.

As the irrigation system is property of the HOA, it is very important that moving forward it is not tampered with by homeowners. If this continues to happen a fine will be added to the resident(s) account that is responsible for tampering with HOA property. If there is an issue with the irrigation system, please contact the HOA or HistoryMaker Homes sales counselor.

This is to protect the HOA and to eliminate unnecessary expenses for homeowners that have not been budgeted for.
