To prepare your home for the upcoming below average temperatures the HOA has a few friendly reminders and landscape update below.

Friendly Reminders:

• Please let your faucets drip, do not let the inside temperature in your home fall below 60 degrees, and open closet and cabinet doors.
• Please be sure that you have turned off your irrigation in anticipation of the upcoming freeze.
• Don’t forget about your potted plants, landscaping, and pets.
• If you spot signs of a leak please email your HOA community manager.
• Outdoor faucet cover that you can find at stores like Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Regarding the landscape replacements, please be advised that due to additional damages being found with the irrigation system the replacements will be delayed until the necessary repairs are completed.

We will continue to provide updates as we complete the repairs and schedule the replacements.
