Call for Candidates

This year, there will be three open position for the Board of Directors. If you are interested in becoming a candidate, please fill out the attached form and email it back to your association manager or visit the community website to complete the online form: https://cloverleafcrossinghoa.com/

Attached is a guide for board members if you are interested in running for the Board of Directors.

For your reference, below are brief descriptions of the Board officer roles as outlined in the governing documents. The full descriptions can be found in the attached Bylaws.

• President (Section 6.05): Chief executive officer of the Association; presides over meetings and has general powers and duties typically vested in this office.
• Vice President (Section 6.06): Performs the President’s duties in their absence and carries out other duties assigned by the President.
• Secretary (Section 6.07): Keeps minutes, maintains records, and performs duties related to Association documentation.
• Assistant Secretary (Section 6.03): Performs Secretary duties when the Secretary is unavailable.
• Treasurer (Section 6.09): Manages Association funds, accounts, and financial reporting.

We have not yet set a date for the 2025 annual meeting as we want to give homeowners ample time to consider and submit their candidate forms. The submission period will run until November 15, 2025. After this time, we will set a date and send out the meeting notice packet to the community. The meeting will be held in December 2025.
