    Our amazing pet waste clean-up volunteers will be out in the community on Saturday, April 26 around 4:00 PM to help with a general clean-up. They’ll begin on Appaloosa, then make their way down Percheron and continue throughout the neighborhood. If you’d like to join in and lend a hand, we’d love to have you!

    We also kindly ask that all residents take a moment to clean up any pet waste in their own yards beforehand. This will help reduce the workload for our volunteers and ensure a cleaner, more pleasant environment for everyone.

    Your Social Committee has planned the community’s first event—an Easter Egg Hunt! Join us on Friday, April 12th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the community pavilion area for a fun-filled afternoon with food, games, and prizes.

    An election will be held to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Legacy Southwest Property Management. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor during the meeting.
